Hello! I'm Sarah, a certified Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition, the world's leading nutrition coaching education provider.
I've always loved food and fitness, but, it was a long road of trial and (plenty of!) error to get to where I am today with my diet – balanced, well-fed, enjoyable and sustainable.
Optimised protein intake and balanced macronutrient meals were my gamechanger - they keep my hunger in check, provide the energy for my busy life and maintain a healthy body composition.
Eager to help others get there faster than I did, I became a certified Nutrition Coach. My friendly, non-judgmental, pragmatic approach, makes nutrition simple, effective, and sustainable for my clients.

Absolutely! Once we've established that you've got your protein intake covered, we'll look at all other aspects of your diet needed to achieve your goals.
I won't make you do anything! My role is to advise, guide and support you. Some people might not need to change their protein habits whereas others may reap the benefits if they do. It's not always about eating more of it.
It's a bit similar to having a Personal Trainer, but for your diet, at least in the beginning. We'll work together to set your goals, define a strategy and action plan and then I'll guide and support you through the implementation of small achievable actions, providing the accountability you want or need. The more you learn and develop lasting habits, the less you'll need me!
